MP Zahra: March 14 forces will boycott Monday’s session

Lebanese Forces’ Deputy Antoine Zahra said on Sunday the Parliament’s Bureau attended the parliamentary session to reactivate the work of the communications committee; however, during the meeting the General Authority session was scheduled.

Zahra told LBCI during Nharkom Said that House Speaker Nabih Berri and Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati held positive talks in this regard, and upon their approval, the Parliament’s Bureau agreed on the agenda of the General Authority session.

“In such circumstances legislating 45 draft laws is not acceptable for this reason March 14 forces will boycott Monday’s General Authority session,” MP Zahra concluded.
