Qassem: International and Arab pressure does not solve Syrian crisis

The Deputy Secretary General of Hezbollah Sheikh Naim Qassem said that the solution in Syria can only be reached through dialogue, adding that the international and Arab pressure to incite the world against Syria do not contribute in addressing the crisis.

Following his meeting with the Sudanese ambassador to Lebanon, Sheikh Qassem stressed the necessity of the resistance’s presence, in words and actions. “It is the fort that protects the region from aggressions and plots”, he said.
