March 14 blame Hezbollah for unprecedented security breaches

The March 14 forces said Wednesday the deterioration in Lebanon must be dissociated from that of Syria, since the country remains widely exposed on the security level, the state-run National News Agency reported.

The forces, who met today during their periodic gathering in Ashrafieh, said Hezbollah's involvement in the Syrian conflict would bring forth catastrophic repercussions to the Lebanese scene.

They also maintained that the ambulant security events entail the speedy formation of the government.

Accordingly, they reiterated their refusal in regards to taking part in the next government as well as Hezbollah's participation.

"Hezbollah is controlling the country. It is Hezbollah that is able to save Lebanon when it pulls out from the battles in Syria," March 14 Coordinator, Fares Soueid, told reporters following the meeting.
