REPORT: Fire breaks out in Kfar Remman, kills 2 children

Two children were killed while another was hospitalized on Friday after a fire broke out in the residence of a Syrian family seeking refuge in the town of Kfar Remman in the Nabatieh district, the state-run National News Agency reported.

In the details, the fire broke out on Thursday evening in the residence of Ali Amin Rizk where the said family lives, claiming the lives of three-year-old Ahmad Hassoun, and his four-year-old sister Mona.

Their brother identified as Mahmoud Hassoun was injured in the incident and subsequently rushed to the Nabih Berri's hospital in Nabatieh for treatment.

The Internal Security Forces immediately rushed to the scene and opened an investigation in order to reveal the circumstances behind the incident.
