LAF Intelligence Bureau arrests fugitive Ibrahim Khanjar in Bekaa

A patrol of the Lebanese Armed Forces Intelligence Bureau in Bekaa arrested fugitive Ibrahim Khanjar who was charged with killing LAF soldier Charbel Hatem, the state-run National News Agency reported on Friday.

Khanjar is also charged with killing Major Abdo Jasser and kidnapping the seven Estonians.
On July 31, an army soldier was killed and another was injured in a raid carried out by Lebanese Armed Forces in Majdal Anjar, in Lebanon’s Governorate of Bekaa.

In the details, a Lebanese Armed Forces’ unit raided the residence of fugitive Wissam Abdel Hafiz across the Al-Azhar Mosque in Majdal Anjar, but did not find him.

On their way back, unidentified assailants fired gunshots at the LAF patrol killing soldier Charbel Hatem and injuring another.
