MP Aoun says from Zahle cabinet did not study refugees' file thoroughly

Change and Reform Bloc leader MP Michel Aoun said expressed on Saturday his concern over the increasing influx of refugees, adding that the government did not study the file of the refugees thoroughly.

During a visit to the Roman Catholic archbishopric at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Deliverance in Zahle, MP Aoun said the issue of the refugees will worsen with the arrival of the winter season, and mentioned that his bloc will be presenting next week a draft law for this file.
MP Aoun arrived on Saturday to Zahle for a two-day visit.

Upon his arrival, MP Aoun visited the Roman Catholic archbishopric at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Deliverance whereby he was received by Bishops Issam Youhanna Darwich, and Andre Haddad, and Zahle's Greek Orthodox Metropolitan Spyridon Khoury.
