Sahili: Hezbollah is not involved in Arsal incidents

Hezbollah’s MP Nawar Sahili confirmed on Thursday that Hezbollah is not involved, “neither directly nor indirectly” in the Arsal incidents.

During a press conference in Nejme Square, Sahili denied the statements put forth by certain MPs, according to which Hezbollah members, backed by the LAF, went to Arsal to arrest a certain person.

Sahili said that “this is not the first time that these buglers issue such accusations,” adding that these people sowed strife in Tripoli and they are attempting to move it to Arsal.
