Beirut’s Banks Street to close on Tuesday, Wednesday due to Parliamentary sessions

The Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces declared on Monday that the Downtown Beirut Banks Street will be closed on Tuesday August 20th and Wednesday 21st due to parliamentary sessions set to take place at Parliament. The street will be closed as of 7:00 in the morning until the end of the sessions, banning all vehicles from passing.

The directorate called on citizens to commit to the instructions and directives of the security forces in order to facilitate traffic and prevent any obstruction.
