Speaker Berri calls on joint committees to convene on Sep.17

House Speaker Nabih Berri called Tuesday on the Parliament’s joint committees to convene on the 17th of September at 10 am.

The Joint committees are expected to discuss projects related to funding the cultural heritage and developmental means between the Lebanese republic and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, establishing a disasters management unit, and forming a general prosecution for the environment.

It is worth noting that the parliament’s joint committees will reconvene on the same day at 11 am with only one-third of the members if quorum for the first session were not available.
