Hezbollah official says viewpoints with MP Aoun are identical

 
Hezbollah Secretary General's Political Assistant Hajj Hussein Khalil said on Wednesday that viewpoints with MP Michel Aoun are closely similar; adding that Hezbollah shares a good relation with the latter.                     

Following a meeting with Change and Reform Bloc leader MP Michel Aoun at his residence in Rabieh, Hajj Khalil criticized Lebanese political factions who were bidding on a US strike against Syria.                       

On another note, Hajj Khalil reiterated Hezbollah's support to the formation of a cabinet, adding that the party agreed with MP Aoun on the importance of respecting the parliamentary representation of each party in the new cabinet.                      

"Internal dossiers should not be linked to regional developments," Hajj Khalil said, noting that Hezbollah welcomes the initiative launched by House Speaker NabihBerri.          

On the 31st of August, Speaker Berri proposed to President Michel Sleiman a road map that aims at leading Lebanon out of the current situation through holding dialogue sessions and controlling the border region with Syria through banning gunmen from crossing the borders and arresting arm smuggling cells.
