MP Kanaan to LBCI: Pay Scale subcommittee to hold intensive meetings

Change and Reform bloc MP Ibrahim Kanaan said on Thursday that the subcommittee tasked with studying the series of ranks and salaries will hold intensive meetings next week in order to settle the issue of revenues.

"If it turns out that there is lack of revenue funds, an alternative should be provided," MP Kanaan said in a phone call with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV Show.

MP Kanaan also stressed that the revenues for the pay scale are "insufficient", noting that sustainable revenues are required.
