Saudi Envoy Assiri: President Sleiman's visit to KSA will soon be rescheduled

Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Awad Assiri said on Monday that the postponement of President Michel Sleiman's visit to Saudi Arabia came following consultations between the Lebanese and the Saudi leaderships.

Assiri's comments came in a statement issued by the embassy regarding media outlets reports stating reasons behind the postponement of the President's visit to the Kingdom set initially for Tuesday.

The statement added that the visit will soon be rescheduled.
