MP Kanaan says allegations against minister Sehnaoui are false

 
Change and Reform bloc MP Ibrahim Kanaan said on Tuesday that the bloc will proceed with its negotiations with House Speaker Nabih Berri and other parliamentary blocs in order to resume the parliament’s work and hold legislative sessions.            

Following the bloc’s weekly meeting, MP Kanaan said that political factions are carrying out a campaign against Telecommunications Minister Nicolas Sehnaoui; however, stressed that security agencies have been always receiving the telecom data from the mentioned ministry.             
MP Kanaan added that allegations against minister Sehnaoui are false, adding that these accusations aim at distorting Minister Sehnaoui’s image.              

On another note, MP Kanaan called for a swift cabinet formation, pointing out that various decrees must be approved at the soonest time possible.        

Separately, MP Kanaan congratulated the Lebanese citizens, and expressed  relief concerning the solution reached in the issue of the Lebanese hostages in Aazaz who were released.
