Former PM Hariri: Hezbollah is to be blamed for terrorism infiltration into Lebanon

Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri said in an article published Sunday that Hezbollah is the party to blame for the recent terrorism witnessed in Lebanon.

Hariri's comments were made to Al-Mustaqbal daily in which he also reiterated his condemnation of the party's military intervention in Syria.

Hariri noted that the DNA results that revealed that one of the suicide bombers involved in the attack against the Iranian Embassy in Beirut this week hails from Sidon "show the nature of the real dangers threatening Lebanon."

A double suicide attack targeted on Tuesday, November 19 the Iranian embassy in south Beirut’s Bir Hassan region, killing at least 23 people, wounding 146 and damaging buildings in the embassy compound.

The Abdullah Azzam brigades, a Lebanon-based al-Qaeda affiliate, said it was behind a double suicide attack on the Iranian embassy.
