LAF arrests Syrian who threatened to blow himself up at LU in Zahle

The Lebanese Armed Forces arrested on Wednesday a Syrian national who threatened to blow himself up at the Lebanese University in Zahle, the state-run National News Agency reported.

Following Youssef Ali Mubarak's threat which sparked panic among the students, the university's Humanities Faculty called the security forces for help.

Mubarak will be referred to Zahle's Moallaka police station following investigation.
