Sources say rocket near Iranian Embassy ‘false alarm’ [PHOTOS]

Security sources denied, in a statement to LBCI, reports circulated by media on Friday, stating that a rocket landed near the Iranian Embassy in the region of Bir Hassan in Beirut.

Similarly, sources from the Iranian Embassy also denied the information.

However, the sources explained that the blast resulted from the explosion of an old rocket in a place located 500 meters away from the Iranian Embassy.
