ISF say hand grenade found near former Commander's home did not target Gebran

The Internal Security Forces said on Thursday that the hand grenade found in Bkasinne did not target former Gendarmerie Commander Salah Gebran

Earlier, an explosive device was found near the residence of former Gendarmerie Commander Salah Gebran in Bkasinne.

Following examination, it turned out to be a hand grenade connected to a wire but not prepared for detonation.

No further details were provided.
