Judge Oueidat issues arrest warrants in absentia against 3 persons

Beirut Examining Magistrate Judge Ghassan Oueidat issued on Monday arrest warrants in absentia in the case of embezzlement of public funds at the Higher Relief Council (HRC).
Arrest warrants were issued against 3 defendants identified as Wissam Bashir, Sami Bashir and Hassan Jaber.
