REPORT: Hoff to LBCI: US to step up support for Syrian rebels

Former Special Advisor for Transition in Syria at the US Department of State, Frederick Hoff stressed that the United States decided to step up support for the Syrian opposition, following a visit made by President Barack Obama to the Saudi King.

Hoff told LBCI that the Syrian regime will not return to the negotiation meetings without a change in the military equation on the ground.
