March 14: Lebanon’s security is not linked to Syria

March 14 General Secretariat warned against repeated attempts to link Lebanon’s security to that of Syria, highlighting the dangerous aspect of the al-Qaeda scenario in Lebanon.

Following its periodic meeting, the secretariat called on Hezbollah to walk the path of reconciliation, bearing in mind the idea of a strong state.

“Hezbollah must grant priority to the unity of the Lebanese people who are facing fateful challenges, just like the Hamas movement that gave priority to the unity and interests of the Palestinian people”, the secretariat said.
