Expired meat confiscated in Tripoli

The state-run National News Agency reported on Thursday that a patrol from the Tripoli municipal police alongside security members raided several stores in the northern Lebanese city where they found expired foodstuffs, mainly meat.

The agency added that reports were written against the violators.

No further details were provided.
