Baalbek-based Ahrar al-Sunna Brigade defies Interior Minister Mashnouq

Baalbek-based Ahrar al-Sunna Brigade addressed on Sunday Lebanon's Interior Minister Nouhad Mashnouq by saying: "You and your security apparatuses are very ridiculous and you will fail to prevent us from carrying out our jihadi operations wherever and whenever we want".

On Wednesday, the Ahrar al-Sunna Brigade said via twitter that a jihadi group has been tasked with cleansing the Bekaa region in particular and Lebanon in general from “churches.”

The brigade added that the group will target "Crusaders" in Lebanon in order to stop church bells from ringing.
