Military Investigating Judge demands death penalty for Syrian nationals
Military Investigating Judge Fadi Sawan called for the death penalty sentence against Syrian detainee Issa Mohammad Rabih and his brother Mahmoud Mohammad Rabih who remains at large.

Both men are accused, alongside four other Syrian accomplices, of forming a group affiliated with Ziad al Jarrah Battalion for terrorist ends.

The accused had also established a factory which aims to manufacture rockets and explosives as well as to purchase weapons from Lebanon and consequently send them to Syria.

Accordingly, judge Sawan issued an arrest warrant against Issa and Mahmoud and referred the file to the permanent military court.
