VIDEO: Baghdadi vows to target security, judicial officials to release inmates

A jihadi media center posted on YouTube a video whereby the Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi vowed to release Islamist prisoners worldwide and to "liquidate" guards, security members and judicial officials "who are torturing them".

Lebanon's Roumieh prison was mentioned among other Arab jails which have imprisoned inmates affiliated with the Islamic State.

The video also shows footage purporting to be that of Islamist inmates held at the "B" building of the Roumieh prison.
