MP al-Qadri to LBCI: Lebanon’s situation difficult due to presidential vacuum

Member of the Future bloc MP Ziad al-Qadri stressed Saturday that the return of former Prime Minister Saad Hariri to Lebanon comes within the framework of fighting terrorism, stressing that the Islamic State poses a great threat to the region.

In a statement to LBCI’s Nharkom Said, al-Qadri denied any agreement between Saudi Arabia and Iran, "but a beginning of rebalancing, to prepare for wider and more comprehensive agreements in Iraq."

On another note, the MP said that Lebanon is currently facing a very difficult situation due to the presidential vacuum, caused by some parties that are hindering the elections.
