During a ceremony held in his honor by the Association of Islamic Public Schools Alumni, al-Mashnouq added that those who raised the IS flag in Tripoli do not represent the city’s residents, noting that such an act is considered as an offense not only against the Lebanese people but also against religion.
On another note, the minister avoided tackling the issue of the Syrian refugee camps and the issue of the kidnapped troops.
