Army detains two Syrians for attempting to reach Shebaa town

Lebanese Armed Forces units arrested two Syrian nationals who were trying to reach the Shebaa town through the heights of Mount Hermon, the state-run National News Agency reported on Monday.

“Ibrahim Mazardaksh and Omar Osman, who hail from the Syrian town of Beit Jinn, were detained on an army checkpoint on the eastern side of Shebaa and are now under investigation,” the agency added.
