Storm Yohan to sweep through Lebanon starting Wednesday
The meteorological department of the Civil Aviation Authority said that Wednesday’s weather is expected to be cloudy and rainy with thunderstorms, high winds, rough waves, and a decrease in temperatures.

The department added that snow is expected to fall at an altitude of 900 meters and above.

General situation: Storm Yohan is dominating the eastern basin of the Mediterranean

Weather in Lebanon:

Tuesday: Partly cloudy with wind; will gradually turn into cloudy with rains that will intensify during night hours and will be accompanied by thunderstorms, and high winds (90km/h). Temperatures will decrease and snow is expected to fall at an altitude of 1,400 meters and above.

Wednesday: Cloudy with rain, thunderstorms, and high winds. A decrease in the temperature is expected and snow will fall at 900 m.

Temperatures:

On the coast between 12 and 21 in the mountainous regions between 2 and 5 In the Bekaa between 3 and 5 degrees Celsius.
