REPORT: Future-Hezbollah dialogue to result in security plan in Dahiyeh

At a time when certain fugitives in Beirut’s Southern Suburbs voiced their objection over the green light given by Hezbollah to a security plan to be implemented in the region; the vast majority of the residents praised such a step.
