Al-Mabarrah team player dies after being hit by car on airport road
Al-Mabarrah team player Mahdi Jamal Faraj died on Monday after he was hit by a car yesterday on the airport road while en route to play a football game, the state-run National News Agency reported.     
 
The body of the young man, who hails from the southern town of Maarakeh, Tyre, was transported to al-Rasoul al-Aazam hospital.
 
Also on Monday, two people were wounded when a vehicle collided with a motorcycle in the Khaldeh region, the Traffic Management Center reported.
