REPORT: Beirut and Mount Lebanon’s garbage to be redistributed to unknown destination

A ministerial sub-committee declared on Monday the immediate resumption of waste collection in Beirut and Mount Lebanon regions.

The collected garbage is set to be redistributed to an unknown destination.

Preliminary information suggests that the garbage from Beirut and Mount Lebanon will be transferred to the Aley District town of Ain Dara.
