Anti-trash activists stage new protest
“You Stink" campaign activists and the Union of Lebanese Democratic Youth held on Saturday a new protest in downtown Beirut to shed light on Lebanon’s ongoing waste management crisis and to slam the officials for failing to find a solution to the problem.

The demonstrators gathered in the Martyrs Square, criticizing the officials for lacking the ability to solve the crisis that emerged following the closure of the landfill in the town of Naameh, south of Beirut, on July 17.
