Parliament police: We did not open fire on citizens

Parliament police indicated on Friday, in response to the speech of Interior Minister Nouhad Mashnouq, that it did not open fire against citizens during the demonstration held in Riad El-Soleh.

Earlier today, Interior Minister Nouhad Mashnouq confirmed that the parliament police, the Lebanese Army and the Internal Security forces were responsible for the gunfire that targeted citizens during protests.
