On Wednesday October 7, 2015, the price of 95 octane fuel and that of 98 octane fuel dropped 300 LBP while the price of fuel oil dropped 200 LBP each.
The table issued by Minister of Energy and Water Arthur Nazarian set the prices of hydrocarbon derivatives as follows:
- Gasoline 95 octane: 22,000LBP
- Gasoline 98 octane: 22,600LBP
- Fuel Oil: 13,800 LBP
- Diesel Oil: 14,000 LBP
