US ambassador David Hale leaves Beirut

US ambassador to Lebanon David Hale left Beirut in the weekend and was temporarily replaced by Ambassador Richard Jones who was a former US ambassador to Lebanon from 1996 until 1998.

Jones will stay in Lebanon until the arrival of the new US ambassador appointed by the US administration Elisabeth Richard.
