Military Investigation Judge Imad Al-Zain released an indictment against five gangsters among which three belongs to Fatah al Islam for robbing Al-Mawared Bank in Chtoura and a jewelry store in Anjar, in August 2009.
In the indictment, the judge requested the three arrested, as well as the two fugitives, to lifetime hard labor. The trial would be carried by the military court.
