Aoun holds talks with Syrian ambassador Ali Abdel Karim Ali

Change and Reform bloc leader MP Michel Aoun held talks on Monday with Syrian ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdel Karim Ali at Rabieh.

The talks reportedly featured high on the latest developments in the region and the world, whereby MP Aoun stressed that he expected that “Syria would eventually prevail with its steadfastness.”

He also noted that the Syrian regime supported the dialogue among the Syrians since the beginning of the conflict, adding that the regime called on the states backing the terrorism to remove all obstacles that hinder any possible solutions for Syria’s crisis.
