Results of lab tests conducted on spoiled foodstuff samples appear

While brothers Sleiman and Samih Natour are still in detention awaiting the issuance of the indictment against them, the results of the lab tests conducted on samples of the seized spoiled foodstuffs appeared.

Exclusive sources told LBCI that the level of deadly bacteria found in these samples reached 89%.

While Samih Natour is expected to be interrogated again on April 12th, Beirut Municipality destroyed a large part of the building that he used to live in with his brother, to remove violations.

Meanwhile, civil society organizations voiced their determination to follow up on the spoiled foodstuff issues till the end. In this regard, sources announced that a document including a solution mechanism is being finalized.
