Sleiman: all actions affecting national security must be stopped

Before a delegation of visitors on Wednesday Sleiman stressed that all actions affecting the security and order of the country must be stopped, especially in light of the decisions taken at the national dialogue. The national talks which took place on Monday stressed on the need to keep Lebanon away from negative repercussions overtaking the region.

Sleiman then called the Arab League Chief Nabil Al-Araby to update him on the national talks and the “Baabda Declaration”.

Consequently, Sleiman expressed his relief for the safe return of various citizens who have fell victim to the wave of kidnappings overtaking the country.
