Kanaan: Notion of justice does not contradict preservation of military institution

MP Ibrahim Kanaan stressed on Tuesday the importance of restoring justice in Lebanon, adding that the notion of justice does not contradict with the preservation of the military institution within the legal and constitutional frameworks.

Following the Change and Reform bloc weekly meeting, Kanaan said that the draft budget should be approved no later than the scheduled time.

Kanaan stressed that, during the meeting, the bloc welcomed the ministers’ endorsement of the Jal al-Dib residents’ demand to establish a tunnel for the city.
