Siniora: March 14 to continue national dialogue boycott

Future bloc leader Fouad Siniora received an envoy from President Michel Sleiman on Monday to brief him on the security ministerial meeting that discussed the issue of handing the telecommunications data to concerned security apparatuses.

According to a statement issued by Siniora’s press office, the envoy reportedly felt that the mechanism used to hand the telecom data over to the concerned security apparatuses remains “unclear”.

Siniora called on the state to hand over the “complete telecom data” to security apparatuses, without barriers and complications so that they can play their role accordingly.

In conclusion, Siniora briefed the presidential envoy of March 14’s unchanged decision to boycott the dialogue.
