Jreissati to LBCI: pay scale not to be divided

Minister of Justice Salim Jreissati confirmed on Friday that the Ministerial Committee will convene on Wednesday to finalize the number and figures pertaining to the series of ranks and salaries, to be sent to Parliament.

Via Nharkon Said on LBCI, Jreissati said that the agreement regarding Lebanese teachers has been reached early on throughout this ”saga”, adding that the first meeting with Minister of Education Hassan Diab yielded results for the issue.

Jreissati stressed that the pay scale series will undergo a conclusive study, reiterating that no intentions are present for its division.
