Fatfat: Hezbollah strives to cut STL funding

MP Ahmad Fatfat said that the policy of prevarication has worked with PM Najib Mikati because he makes contradictory remarks within the same sentence.

Fatfat told “Loubnan al Horr” radio that the majority in the cabinet rejects funding the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL), adding, “this issue is particularly important for Hezbollah who will strive to thwart the funding and even bring down the STL”.

Fatfat called on MP Michel Aoun to explain how the head of the Internal Security Forces General Achraf Rifi and the head of the ISF’s Information Branch Wissam al Hassan are breaking the law. “Minister Gebran Bassil is the one breaking the law”, he said.
