Al Jadeed TV attacker released on 1 million LBP bail

Gunfire was reported near the Grand Serail, which it has been later revealed that it is a celebratory gunfire over the release of Wissam Alaeddine, a suspect in the case of the attack on al-Jadeed TV.

The Accusatory committee of Beirut, presided by Judge Nada Dakroub annulled on Wednesday the resolution of the Investigative Judge Shawqi Hajjar that prohibits the release of the arrested Wissam Alaeddine who was accused of attacking Al Jadeed TV. Accordingly, Alaeddine was released on 1 million LBP bail.
