LAF: General Kahwaji refuses any press or political interview

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation denied what was said on behalf of General Kahwaji in a local newspaper issued on the 3rd of September 2012.

The Directorate stressed that no interviews were made with the Army Commander and that the latter did not discuss any political subject with any reporter or politician. It also emphasized that General Kahwaji is only interested in military affairs, especially the army's mission to maintain the security and provide stability in light of the multiple challenges Lebanon is facing.
