LAF arrests abductors in Tripoli, confiscates weaponry in Baalbek

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation reported on Monday that on Saturday, an army unit in Baalbek confiscated a considerable number of weapons and ammunition, in addition to a large amount of drugs and military equipment packed in camouflaged barrels.

Seizures were handed over to the Military Police and investigations were launched.

Meanwhile, an army patrol in Cornish El Mina-Tripoli arrested on Saturday 4 persons riding a car, after they tired to escape.

The 4 persons have kidnapped a person due to a personal conflict and put him in the car's trunk.

The arrestees were handed over to the Military Police and the investigations began to reveal the incident's circumstances.
