Jumblatt: the release of the three officers is suspicious

The Head of The National Struggle Front MP Walid Jumblatt stated that the Syrian regime seeks to arm minority groups, and is knocking down the tremendous sacrifices made by the Syrian people in an attempt to overthrow the revolution.

Jumblatt stressed that the timing of the release of the three officers arrested for involvement in the killing of Sheikh Abdul Wahid and his companion is suspicious.

He mentioned that Judge Riad Abu Ghida’s reservations on this decision do not eliminate the need to be aware of ensuing decisions aiming to defraud sensitive cases like the explosive-related ones, to prepare for the release of Michel Samaha.
