Harb: We will intensify contacts to adopt the law of smaller districts
MP Botros Harb discussed on Saturday with the LF Chief Samir Geagea the electoral law and ways to overcome current issues.

After the meeting, Harb mentioned that points of view with Geagea are similar and said: "we have a joint work plan, and we will intensify contacts to reach the adoption of the proposed law based on 50 districts thus leading to the correct representation of all Lebanese citizens, and emphasizing the role of Christians."

Harb hoped that the law of smaller districts would be agreed upon in Bkerke.

He concluded: "we are open to research even if we consider that the law of smaller districts is the best representative law".
