Kahwaji: LAF always ready to ward off imminent dangers threatening Lebanon

Army Commander General Jean Kahwaji praised the attachment of the Lebanese community to its homeland and its "civil presence both in Lebanon and around the world."

He pointed out that Lebanese people's awareness and their support of the Military Institution will help Lebanon pass "this critical stage with the least possible damage."

During his visit to the United Kingdom, Kahwaji stressed that the LAF are always ready to ward off imminent dangers facing Lebanon, and preventing the country from becoming a launchpad for proxy wars.
