Minister of Health, accompanied by security forces, raid a warehouse with expired meat

Minister of Health Hamad Hassan, accompanied by security forces, raided on Tuesday a warehouse in Zakrit, supplying supermarkets and shops with expired meat and chicken.

It has been found that some of the chicken delivered to the stores was spoiled since 2016.

The Minister of Health said: “This is cancer. The perpetration is clear, and the perpetrators must be severely punished.”

He added: “Discovering such warehouses requires us to work overtime, and we promise that we will deal firmly with this issue.”
